Description

The microneedling attachments from Casmara were specially developed for the Activator Pen. The attachment contains 36 needles - the active ingredient is applied in a controlled manner via a dosing tube on the device through the needle attachment and instantly worked into the skin through the needles. This means that not a single drop of product is lost and you can work comfortably with just one hand without having to apply active ingredient serums manually.

The attachment with 36 needles is suitable for applications for hyperpigmentation as well as for hydration, pore reduction and all-round facial skin rejuvenation. The attachment comes with a matching dosing syringe and cannula.


The attachment is sterile-packed, easy to open and can be used for one application.
