Information for Commercial Customers (B2B)
For contracts concluded between businesses, commercial studios, clinics, and self-employed professionals, commercial trade laws apply. The statutory warranty period for new commercial equipment is limited to 12 months. The obligation to inspect and notify defects immediately upon delivery remains applicable.
Please note: Any voluntary commercial producer guarantees or extended warranty agreements provided for our major equipment (e.g., diode lasers) remain unaffected by this statutory limitation and are specified directly on the respective product page.
