Microneedling, the miracle cure for all kinds of skin problems!

The 42 needle attachment from Casmara was specially developed for the Activator Pen. The particularly large needle surface is especially suitable for microneedling treatments on larger areas of the body. The widely spaced needles make the application very comfortable and also suitable for sensitive skin.

The attachment has 42 needles. During the treatment, the active ingredient is applied in a controlled manner through a dosing tube on the device through the needle attachment and immediately worked into the skin through the needles. This allows you to work comfortably with just one hand without having to apply active ingredient serums manually. Cellulite, stretch marks and wrinkles can be treated effectively with the large needle attachment.
