We want to make sure that you receive all the necessary materials and tools for the training so that you are optimally prepared. What happens if you cannot attend the training course?
If you are unable to attend the booked date, you have the option of confirming a new date within 2 years via our registration portal at "akademie-germany.de".
Where can I find the Zoom link for my booked online training course?
You will find the Zoom link in two places:

Shortly before the course, you will also receive an e-mail with the Zoom link.
When will I receive the Zoom link by e-mail?
The Zoom link will be sent to you by e-mail shortly before the start of the online training course. Please also check your spam folder if the e-mail does not appear in your inbox.
What should I do if I have technical problems?
Test your internet connection, camera and microphone before the training. If you have any problems, please contact our customer service for support.

Do you accept education vouchers from the government for your training courses?
Unfortunately no, we do not currently accept education vouchers from the government for our training courses. However, we do offer other flexible payment options and are happy to help you find the best solution for your training.
Is it possible to complete the course without buying a device?
Yes, the course can also be completed without purchasing a device. You will receive all the necessary theoretical and practical content, regardless of whether you own a device or not.
However, it is an advantage to have a device available, as you can apply the exercises you learn directly and gain practical experience.
Will I also receive a certificate after completing the course?
Yes, of course. As soon as the lecturer has confirmed your participation, your certificate will be sent to you automatically by e-mail. You can also download the certificate at any time in the eLearning area and under "My orders" in our online store. This gives you easy access to your proof of successful participation in the training course at any time.
