Description

The microneedling attachments from Casmara have been specially developed for the Activator Pen. The attachment contains 12 needles - the active ingredient is applied in a controlled manner via a dosing tube on the device through the needle attachment and instantly worked into the skin through the needles. This means that not a single drop of product is lost and you can work comfortably with just one hand without having to apply active ingredient serums manually.

The attachment with 12 needles is suitable for skin rejuvenation treatments, as well as for treating acne scars, stretch marks and pronounced wrinkles. The attachment is very suitable for customers who are sensitive to a higher number of needles.

You will receive the matching dosing syringe and cannula with the attachment. The attachment is sterile packed, easy to open and usable for one application.
