Delivery & Shipping

For orders with a total value of 49 Euros or more incl. VAT (the order total is defined as the subtotal minus all discounts), your delivery within Germany will be shipped free of charge by our couriers (subject to certain conditions) directly to your home. Please note that we can only maintain this service depending on the specific product.

For an order value below 49 € incl. VAT, please refer to the table below for DHL shipping costs. Add another small item to your shopping cart to save on shipping costs – it's worth it!

Delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method and the internal processing times of the service providers. Factors such as the shipping destination and the selected service option influence the shipping and delivery time.

Deadlines and dates for deliveries and services mentioned by the seller are generally only approximate estimates, unless a fixed deadline or a fixed date has been expressly agreed upon in writing. In the case of shipment, delivery periods and dates refer to the time of handover to the forwarder or carrier.

Delivery is made to the shipping address specified by the customer via the shipping method chosen by the seller. The seller reserves the right to independently determine the transport person, transport method, and route. For deliveries to commercial customers/entrepreneurs, delivery is at the customer's own risk, and transport damage must be claimed directly against the shipping company.

In the event of force majeure or insurmountable circumstances that make delivery impossible, the seller's obligation to perform lapses. The ordered goods are delivered securely packaged, and the transport box or packaging should be kept for warranty and guarantee purposes. The transport box remains the property of the company and must be returned upon request. Delivery is only made to the curbside (Bordsteinkante), and the customer is responsible for unpacking and assembling the delivered goods.

Our shipping options and estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping with DHL: Usually 1-3 business days.
• Express Delivery: Subject to availability, shipped the same day, delivery on the next business day.
• Freight Forwarding (Spedition): Usually 5-7 business days.
• Self-Collection: Please arrange a collection appointment in advance; collection is possible from Monday to Friday during opening hours, no shipping costs.

We would like to advise our valued customers that delivery delays may occur in some cases. These delays can be attributed to various external factors beyond our control. Here are some potential reasons:

• Transport Conditions: Adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or traffic problems can lead to delivery delays.
• Logistics Partners: Our shipping service providers may experience delays in processing and delivering packages due to overload or internal challenges.
• Customs Procedures: For international deliveries, customs procedures and inspections may cause additional delays.
• Seasonal Influences: Public holidays and seasonal peak periods.

We would like to emphasize that we always strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. However, we ask for your understanding if unforeseen delays occur that are beyond our control.
