The microneedling attachments from Casmara were specially developed for the Activator Pen. They have a small opening at the front through which the active ingredient reaches the skin.

The needle attachment with 9 needles is suitable for acne scars, stretch marks and very pronounced wrinkles or furrows. Also suitable for people who are very sensitive to a higher number of needles.
