Where can I find the Zoom link for my booked online training course?

You will find the Zoom link in two places: Under "My orders": After successful payment and entry of the course, the Zoom link can be accessed under "My orders". By e-mail before the course starts: Shortly before the course, you will also receive an e-mail with the Zoom link.

When will I receive the Zoom link by e-mail?

The Zoom link will be sent to you by e-mail shortly before the start of the online training course. Please also check your spam folder if the e-mail does not appear in your inbox.

What should I do if I have technical problems?

Test your internet connection, camera and microphone before the training. If you have any problems, please contact our customer service for support.

Why is it important to log in in advance?

Logging in ahead of time makes it possible to identify and rectify possible technical problems in order to ensure that training starts on time.

When will the starter set be handed out?

In the case of online training, the starter set will be sent to you by post in good time before the start of the training course. In the case of on-site training, the set will be handed over to you personally before the training course. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct to ensure punctual delivery. If you have any specific questions about the contents of the starter set or the material handover process, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you accept education vouchers from the government for your training courses?

Unfortunately no, we do not currently accept education vouchers from the government for our training courses. However, we do offer other flexible payment options and are happy to help you find the best solution for your training.

Will I also receive a certificate after completing the course?

Yes, of course. As soon as the lecturer has confirmed your participation, your certificate will be sent to you automatically by e-mail. You can also download the certificate at any time in the eLearning area and under "My orders" in our online store. This gives you easy access to your proof of successful participation in the training course at any time. We now send the certificate for the SHR training courses by e-mail and no longer by post.

Do I need a model for the training?

No model is required for online training. Our online training courses are designed so that they can be carried out completely and effectively without the presence of a model. You can therefore concentrate fully on the content and instructions of the training.

Our training centers are located in Hilden near Düsseldorf, Germany. For more detailed information on which training center is best for you, we recommend that you contact us directly. Would you like to expand your range of skin rejuvenation services? Are you interested in offering your clients a real insider tip for upper eyelid lifting? To help you get your career right from the start, we have a special foundation for all beginners that teaches the cosmetic basics. This is suitable for part-time or self-employed work. You can of course take additional training courses on wrinkle treatment and skin rejuvenation with us at any time. We will be happy to advise you.

Our plasma devices are not subject to the new NiSV regulation!

You can continue to use both the Plasma Pen 2 in 1 and the PlasmaPro without having to provide a NiSV certificate of competence.

The Plasma Pen 2 in 1 training includes a theoretical part as well as exercises on expression lines, crow's feet, lip wrinkles, upper eyelid tightening, pigment spots and scar treatments. Our experienced instructors will be on hand to answer any questions and provide practical tips.
