The Acid Peel AHA from French luxury skincare brand Dermastir is a so-called chemical peel and is therefore more in demand than ever before. The acid peel contains various AHA acids and peptide complexes and helps the appearance of the skin in various ways: pigmentation spots are lightened, wrinkles and fine lines are smoothed, the complexion is improved and the skin is tightened and renewed.

The abbreviation AHA stands for "alpha hydroxy acid". The AHA acids contained in the peeling include glycolic acid (12 %), citric acid, lactic acid (8 %), tartaric acid and malic acid. AHAs ensure that dead skin cells are loosened and removed more easily. This makes the skin appear smoother, more even and finer. Fine wrinkles are also smoothed and pigmentation spots are lightened.

Ascorbic acid, also known as vitamin C, is also contained in the peeling. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant and not only helps with pigmentation, but also with the first signs of skin ageing. In addition, the peptides in the peeling improve the renewal and brightening of the skin.

The peeling is an easy-to-apply gel serum that comes in 2 individual 4.5 ml jars. The innovative double-walled packaging preserves the stability of the acids. An applicator is integrated in the packaging.
