Application recommendation:
Place the two spheres in the refrigerator for approximately 45 minutes before use. Massage the muscles of the face symmetrically with the spheres. Ideally start at the décolleté and work up from there to the forehead - If needed, a facial serum can be applied beforehand. Gently glide the ice balls over the skin in circular motions without pressure - after use, rinse the face with lukewarm water.
