Is it possible to carry out four tooth whitening sessions (e.g. 4 × 15 or 4 × 20 minutes) in one session instead of two?

From a dental point of view, we do not recommend carrying out four consecutive treatments in a single session. Instead, we recommend two separate treatments with a maximum of two sessions of 20 to 30 minutes each. There should be an interval of 3 to 5 days between sessions to avoid putting unnecessary strain on the teeth and gums and to achieve the best possible result.
