These black safety goggles have been specially developed to protect against harmful radiation from CO₂ lasers. They reliably cover the wavelength range from 9000 to 11000 nanometers and offer an optical density (OD) of 6+, which means that practically 99.9999% of laser radiation is blocked.

The goggles are certified according to the LB3 rating (DI) for 10600 nm and therefore provide reliable protection against harmful radiation even when CO₂ lasers are in continuous operation. The transmittance in the relevant laser range is almost zero, so your eyes are protected to the maximum.

Most commercially available CO₂ lasers operate in the far infrared range, typically between 9300 and 10600 nanometers, a range that the safety goggles optimally cover.

Thanks to the comfortable unisex design, the goggles are suitable for both men and women. They fit securely and comfortably without pinching, even when worn for long periods. The lenses are clear, without prescription, so the glasses can be worn over your own prescription without any problems.
