Iridescent like dragonfly wings! The Effects Collection by Thuya contains 6 shimmering glitter powders. With a brush made of hair or silicone, the powder can be worked into the not yet completely dry nail polish. It does not matter whether it is conventional nail polish, gel or acrylic .
