During treatment with a high-frequency wand, a low current is passed through a glass electrode into the skin. These electrodes are filled with different inert gases. Neon makes the electrode glow orange and is best suited for anti-aging applications. Argon makes the electrode glow purple. Especially acne and blemishes can be treated antibacterially with argon.
In addition to the antibacterial anti-pimple effect, the blood flow is also stimulated and cell regeneration is improved. Nutrients can also be better absorbed afterwards. In addition, treatment with the high-frequency wand increases lymphatic activity and thus supports the elimination of harmful substances and can relieve swelling.
