Recommendation for use:

Cold compress: Place the cooling pad in the refrigerator for approx. two hours before use. Avoid direct skin contact to prevent frostbite. Wrap it in a towel, for example, before use.

Warm compress: Place the compress in the microwave for approx. 30 seconds at medium power. Or heat it for 3-5 minutes in 80-90 degree hot water until it has reached the desired temperature.
