Recommended use:

As a cold compress: Place the product in the fridge or freezer for at least two hours. Wrap it in a towel before use to avoid direct skin contact and frostbite.

As a hot compress: Place the pad in the microwave and heat for approximately 30 seconds on medium heat until the desired temperature is reached. Alternatively, you can place the pad in hot water (80-90 °C) for 3-5 minutes.
