Acne treatment, anti-ageing, relaxation - it all works with the power of light! The LED Skin Therapy device from SHR Germany has six different light modes with fixed wavelengths that can effectively treat many different major problems. Light-emitting diodes are used to stimulate cell receptors so that damage caused by UV radiation, harmful environmental influences and other external factors can be safely and painlessly repaired. For optimum results, different wavelengths can be combined with each other to customize the treatment to suit the individual and type of skin. Ultraviolet light irradiation 320 nm for calcium supply

As vitamin D deficiency can occur in low-temperature climates, this wavelength can help to boost the skin's calcium and vitamin D content. This can lead to hyperpigmentation as skin can stimulate melanin production to protect against radiation. Do not use the setting in the facial area.

Purple irradiation - 308 nm

This mode can help heal the skin, lighten the skin and treat acne skin problems.

Blue irradiation - 415 nm

Blue lighting provides an excellent treatment for skin that is prone to rashes as it attacks the propionibacteria in the skin that are responsible for inflammatory rashes. It reduces pustules, papules and blackheads. The effects of seborrhea are also diminished, giving you a brighter, smoother and more even complexion over time.

Green irradiation - 560 nm

This is the skin-soothing mode that helps to reduce inflammation. Hyperpigmentation is caused when the skin is exposed to trauma and consequently excess melanin is produced. A green LED can target this area and prevent hyperpigmentation by reducing inflammation in the skin.

Yellow irradiation - 590 nm

Yellow light can accelerate wound healing and aid lymphatic drainage, detoxifying the skin and preventing regular breakouts and a dull complexion.

Orange irradiation - 610 nm

This wavelength promotes blood circulation, oxygenation and lymphatic drainage. In this way, the skin is supplied with vital nourishment and the overall quality and health of the skin is improved.

Red irradiation - 635 nm

A high-energy wavelength for deep penetration. It accelerates healing processes, reduces inflammation and regenerates the extracellular matrix. This wavelength helps to control and reduce the effects of rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, skin inflammation and severe acne.

Select the area of skin you wish to treat and allow the skin to absorb the radiation of this wavelength. The device will switch off automatically as soon as the pre-set time has elapsed. Once the skin's photoreceptors have absorbed the wavelengths, the light can accelerate the skin's 7-dehydrocholesterol, which helps to prevent conditions caused by vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D is very important for overall skin health, a lack of vitamin D can affect the texture and function of the skin.

Vitamin D contributes to cell growth, cell renewal and metabolism. It optimizes the body's and skin's immune system and helps fight off free radicals that can lead to premature skin aging. Even though the body can produce vitamin D itself through sun exposure, a lack of sun exposure can lead to a vitamin D deficiency. Therefore, 30 minutes three times a week is recommended to support health. Nevertheless, it must be used responsibly, as too much ultraviolet radiation can accelerate skin ageing.
