What happens if the goods are not available?
Our online store usually offers all items available for delivery. However, if it happens that an item you ordered is not available, we will inform you by e-mail. In such a case, we will automatically arrange a subsequent delivery as soon as the item is available again. However, if you decide to cancel the order, you can inform us in writing. We will then cancel the order and refund the money via your chosen payment method.
