Where is my package?

We will inform you both in the order overview and in your order confirmation by email.

As soon as the package has been shipped, you will receive every single DHL update by email so that you are always kept up to date.


Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipping. We usually ship orders within 48 hours. However, for some orders it may take a little longer.

What happens if I am not there for the first delivery attempt?

If the courier does not find you, you can use the shipment tracking to check whether your package has been left with a neighbor or at a branch, for example. In some cases, the second delivery attempt is made by a different shipping service provider. You can find all updates on this in the shipment tracking.

My package should have arrived long ago!
