With 24 ultra-thin needles arranged in straight rows, this needle head is ideal for medium-sized areas such as the cheeks, but can be applied precisely anywhere. Due to the higher number of needles, this attachment works a little more gently than the 12 needle attachment, making it suitable for refining pores and brightening the skin.
