What more could you want? With Perma Blend Luxe PMU Eyebrow Color Golden Pear, you get radiant golden PMU pigments that correct annoying blue and purple tones on eyebrows and meet all the important requirements of the current EU REACH directive.

This gives you a high-quality product that provides you and your customers with safe conditions for a first-class PMU treatment with long-lasting results. Perma Blend produces a total of four corrective toners for eyebrows - Golden Pearl neutralizes unwanted blue and purple tones, especially in the case of faded hairs, and has a very natural effect.

The PMU color can be mixed with all other eyebrow pigments from Perma Blend. It can be worked into the skin evenly and easily, is vegan and well tolerated. And another advantage of this quality product: it is produced exclusively without animal testing.
