Whether on the eyebrows, lips or other areas of the body: permanent make-up is becoming increasingly popular. With Perma Blend Luxe Cotton Candy V2, you get a particularly high-quality PMU color. It consists of microparticles that guarantee perfect color reflection and longevity. Thanks to the consistency of the color, it is particularly easy to work in and enables reliable results.
Cotton Candy V2 is a light pink lip pigment with low opacity and a rather neutral base. It is also ideal for lightening other lip colors. Simply mix it with the other PMU colors from Perma Blend, which you can also find in our SHR online store!
