As a professional, you know: Medical instruments must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Not only for hygienic reasons, but above all to prevent the transmission of germs and infections, dental materials such as dental impressions should always be sufficiently disinfected to protect patients, the practice team and dental technicians.
Schülke dentavon® disinfectant is a powdered concentrate for cleaning and disinfecting in a single step: dissolved in water, it automatically removes dirt, blood and saliva and simplifies the removal of tartar. In addition, Schülke dentavon® in a 2 % solution inactivates bacteria, fungi, hepatitis B viruses and HIV after a 10-minute exposure time. The disinfectant solution remains stable for 1 working day and therefore guarantees full microbiological effectiveness over this period. The dentavon® solution should only be changed at shorter intervals in the case of heavy soiling.
The microbiological effectiveness of dentavon® solutions for use has been proven in practical model tests on artificially contaminated impression bodies made of silicone, polyether and alginate. The disinfectant solution also impresses with its tested material compatibility.
Schülke dentavon® is particularly easy to dose and prepare. Simply use the enclosed measuring spoon.
