The alcohol-based, ready-to-use solution is listed by the VAH and IHO and is therefore proven to be safe and reliable. Its short contact time and straightforward application make schülke mikrozid® AF liquid your trusted companion – whether for cleaning medical and cosmetic equipment, treatment tables, handpieces and more. The product is bactericidal, has limited virucidal and fungicidal properties, is levurocidal and effective against the norovirus. Recommended use:
Due to its alcohol content, the product is not suitable for disinfecting alcohol-sensitive paints and acrylic glass.
Before disinfecting, ensure that any coarse and visible dirt has been removed. Then wipe the desired surfaces with the disinfectant wipe and allow the product to take effect. The contact times vary depending on the desired result; bactericidal, tuberculocidal and levurocidal efficacy, as well as efficacy against the norovirus, are achieved after one minute. Limited virucidal efficacy and efficacy against the rotavirus are achieved after just 30 seconds.
