All orders can be returned to us with DHL or UPS, provided that the goods meet the other conditions of the cancellation policy in our terms and conditions. You can find out more about your right of withdrawal in our terms and conditions.
Of course, you can also personally return all items that you have ordered in our online shop to our company headquarters in Hilden.

Please note that the return is at your own expense.
Processing of the return
You will be informed as soon as we have processed your return.

For goods that have already been paid for, the corresponding credit will be reimbursed no later than 30 working days after receipt of the return.
If you have only returned part of your order, you will receive the corresponding partial amount from us. If you have ordered on account, deduct the corresponding portion from the invoice amount when transferring the outstanding amount.
Please note that discount codes cannot be taken into account when making a return.
