Use the Schülke Octenisept ® Gel:

Application:
Cover the skin/wound with a thin layer of gel. If there is a wound, it should be disinfected in advance with octenisept® wound disinfectant. If necessary, cover the wound with a bandage or plaster. Apply the gel 1-2 times a day until the wound is completely healed. For reasons of hygiene, the tip of the gel tube must not touch the wound or other surfaces.
