Benefit from an excellent quality PMU shade for medical pigmentation: SEPIA No. 703 Blooper.
Surgeries can leave marks that can be very distressing for those affected. This is where medical pigmentation can provide an important remedy. Because they can help patients to regain their self-esteem. In order to create the optimal color for a particularly natural result, it is important to have the widest possible range of semi-permanent colors at hand.
SEPIA No. 703 "Blooper" is a
neutral color that is slightly darker than "Skin Beige", SEPIA's lightest skin color. This makes the Blooper shade ideal for pigmenting
nipples after breast cancer surgery, for example. The pigment can be mixed
with the other SEPIA colors without any problems, making it ideal for tinting other shades.
Like all SEPIA colors, "Blooper" is also particularly skin-friendly. It does not contain alcohol, phenol, parabens or formaldehyde and is ISO-certified. The sterile bottle cap ensures that no bacteria or dirt can get into the paint and that the risk of contamination is kept to a minimum.
The practical pump dispenser makes working with SEPIA No. 703 extremely efficient and easy: you can dose easily and precisely without wasting a single drop of the high-quality product. It also prevents the color from drying out quickly, extending the life of the color in the bottle and allowing you to give several customers a new sense of self-esteem!

Preparation:
- Skin cleansing: The skin around the hairline must be thoroughly cleansed and freed of grease, dirt and make-up residue. A special cleansing product or an alcohol-based cleanser can be used for this purpose.
- Consultation: The customer should be informed about the process, the desired results and the care instructions after the treatment.
- Sketching: Before pigmentation, the hairline is often marked with a pencil or by pre-drawing to ensure that the result looks symmetrical and natural.
Pigmentation:
- Needle and device: The SEPIA PMU color is applied to the skin using a special permanent make-up device and a fine needle. Very fine needles are usually used for the hairline to create natural, hair-like strokes.
- Technique: The needle is guided along the hairline in short, precise movements to apply the color to the uppermost layers of the skin. Care is taken to ensure that the strokes are made in the direction of growth of the natural hair.
- Working in layers: Depending on the desired intensity, the color is applied in several layers. It is important to check after each pass whether the color density is sufficient or whether reworking is required.
Aftercare:
- Cooling: Immediately after the treatment, the skin may be red and slightly swollen. Cooling pads or creams can help to soothe the skin.
- Care products: The client should use special care products to support healing and prevent infections. A special cream is often recommended to promote healing and protect the color.
Protection from sun and water: In the first few days after treatment, the treated area should be protected from water, sweat and direct sunlight.
- Follow-up treatment: A follow-up treatment after around 4-6 weeks is often necessary to perfect the result and fill in any color gaps.
Long-term care:
- Refresher: To maintain the color intensity, refresher treatments are recommended every 1-2 years, as the color can fade over time.
All PMU shades from SEPIA are REACH-compliant and therefore comply with current European chemicals legislation (REACH).
