When will I receive the Zoom link by e-mail?

Yes, the course can also be completed without purchasing a device. You will receive all the necessary theoretical and practical content, regardless of whether you own a device or not. However, it is an advantage to have a device available, as you can apply the exercises you learn directly and gain practical experience.

Will I also receive a certificate after completing the course?

Yes, of course. As soon as the lecturer has confirmed your participation, your certificate will be sent to you automatically by e-mail. You can also download the certificate at any time in the eLearning area and under "My orders" in our online store. This gives you easy access to your proof of successful participation in the training course at any time. we now send the certificate for the SHR training courses by e-mail and no longer by post
