Like a base coat, the base gel is a primer on the natural nail. The gel evens out small unevennesses and increases the adhesion of subsequent gel layers many times over.
At the same time, it isolates the pigments of color gels that are applied as the next step. This prevents unsightly discoloration of the nail and preserves color brilliance.
The preparatory base gel is very easy to apply: the brush of the gel bottle fans out gently during application and covers a large area of the nail. This means that even the smallest area of the nail can be effortlessly covered with the gel.
After just 60 seconds under a UV or LED nail lamp, the base gel is "dried" and has formed a sticky surface that reinforces the adhesion of the color of your choice.
