For blemished or acne-prone skin, it is important to strike a balance between thorough cleansing and gentle care to avoid irritation. With the Mavex Exfoliating Purifying Mask, you have a real miracle bag and the perfect combination of gentle exfoliation, cleansing and care with 97% natural ingredients and a functional complex that is highly effective against acne bacteria.
The exfoliating effect is provided by polyhydroxy acids together with mandelic acid. They remove dead skin cells and stimulate cell renewal. They also strengthen the skin's protective barrier and have a brightening effect on the complexion.
Mavex has enriched the mask with the Acnesil functional complex especially for the treatment of acne. It inhibits the growth of Propionibacterium Acnes, the bacterium that causes acne. Pimples are reduced and sebum production is regulated.
Speaking of complexes: the Swiss have also added medicinal plants to a complex of active ingredients, enriching the mask with extracts of burdock, lavender, dandelion, artichoke, plantain and rose, which have a calming and soothing effect, detoxify and remove impurities.
Other helpers for blemished skin are volcanic earth, tea tree extract, niacinamide and zinc oxide. They have an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect and improve the texture of the skin. It also contains white clay, allantoin and spruce resin extract.
