The self-adhesive nail stencils are made of bendable foil, which you can adapt perfectly to your finger shape. The oval opening of the template can be stuck under the nail edge of your natural fingernail, even with nail problems such as an extended hyponychium. This is what it is called when the skin under the fingernail grows along the nail.
