Application:
- Face preparation: Apply a light moisturizer or serum to your face to allow the massage balls to glide over the skin more easily.
- Forehead: Start on the forehead. Place the cooled massage balls in the middle of the forehead and slowly move them outwards towards the temples. Repeat this 3-5 times.
- Eye area: Work your way to the eye area. Gently roll the balls under the eyes, from the inner corner to the outer corner. Be careful not to apply too much pressure. Repeat this 3-5 times.
- Cheeks: Starting from the nose, move the massage balls over the cheeks towards the ears. Repeat this process 3-5 times on each side.
- Jawline: Move the balls along the jawline, starting at the chin and ending below the ears. Repeat this 3-5 times on each side.
- Neck: Massage the neck from bottom to top, starting at the collarbone and ending at the jaw. Repeat this 3-5 times.
After use:
- Cleaning the balls: Clean the massage balls after each use with a mild disinfectant or warm soapy water. Rinse them thoroughly and dry them with a clean cloth. Then store the balls again in the freezer or in a clean, cool place.
- Skin care: After use, apply a moisturizing serum or cream to further nourish and soothe the skin.
