- Eye area: Work your way to the eye area. Gently roll the balls under the eyes, from the inner corner to the outer corner. Be careful not to apply too much pressure. Repeat this 3-5 times.
- Cheeks: Starting from the nose, move the massage balls over the cheeks towards the ears. Repeat this process 3-5 times on each side.
- Jawline: Move the balls along the jawline, starting at the chin and ending below the ears. Repeat this 3-5 times on each side.
- Neck: Massage the neck from bottom to top, starting at the collarbone and ending at the jaw. Repeat this 3-5 times.
After use:
