Recommendation for use:
- Open a sachet and remove a gel strip from the plastic with clean hands.
- Press the gel strip with its adhesive side on the front side of your upper teeth. Repeat this process for your lower row of teeth.
- Gently press against the gel strips with your fingertips until they adhere reliably. Then fold the protruding part of the gel strips behind the teeth so that they are enclosed by the strips.
- Leave the gel strips on for 30 to a maximum of 60 minutes and then gently pull them off.
- Rinse your mouth with plenty of warm water.
- To maintain the results, it is recommended to use the whitening strips once a day within 14 days. Within 7 days, it is recommended to apply twice a day.

- This product is not recommended for pregnant women or children under 12 years of age.
- Do not use the strips in case of mouth ulcers, gum injuries or after surgery in the oral cavity.
