Recommendation for use:
- Apply a narrow strip of gel along the inside of the upper and lower part of the mouthpiece. Insert the mouthpiece into the mouth and bite down slowly and gently so that it is firmly seated in the mouth.
- Turn on the LED light by pressing the white button. Leave the LED light on your teeth for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the mouthpiece and rinse your mouth with plenty of water.
