Kegel exercises are a thing of the past - the innovation for training the pelvic floor muscles is called EMS PelviChair Germany!
A strong pelvic floor has many benefits. It prevents bladder weakness, but also organ prolapse, back pain and digestive problems. Yes, of course. Once you have successfully completed the training course, you will receive an official certificate. The certificate will be conveniently sent to you by post. It serves as recognition of your participation in the training and as proof of the knowledge and skills you have acquired.
