Pelvic floor training is important. But if it is, then please do it in the most modern way!
Over time, our pelvic floor loses strength. This can cause problems such as bladder weakness, organ prolapse or back pain. Normally, the weakened pelvic floor muscles are trained with special exercises, known as Kel exercises. However, these can be quite strenuous and usually lead to the desired effect rather slowly.
The EMS PelviChair Pro is an advanced EMS device that tones and strengthens the pelvic floor muscles particularly quickly and effectively.
