Instructions for using the adjustable infrared heat therapy lamp
- Preparation:
- Place the infrared heat lamp on a stable, level surface.
- Make sure that the articulated arm of the lamp can move freely to bring the lamp into the desired position.
- Commissioning:
- Connect the lamp to a power socket.
- Switch the lamp on using the on/off switch.
- Setting the intensity:
- Adjust the heat radiation using the controller. Start with a low intensity and increase it if necessary.
- Positioning the lamp:
- Adjust the articulated arm so that the lamp is positioned at a distance of 30-50 cm from the body area to be treated.
- Ensure that the lamp is positioned at an angle that emits heat evenly to the desired area.
- Application time:
- Apply the heat lamp for approx. 15-30 minutes per session.
- Check the skin regularly during use to ensure there is no overheating or redness.
- Switching off the lamp:
- After use, switch off the lamp and remove the plug from the socket.
- Allow the lamp to cool down completely before moving or storing it.
- Safety instructions:
- Avoid direct contact of the lamp with the skin.
- Do not use in damp or wet environments.
- Never leave the lamp unattended when in use.
- Do not use on children or persons with impaired sensation without supervision.
- Cleaning and care:
- Clean the lamp with a soft, dry cloth after it has cooled down.
- Ensure that the ventilation slots are free of dust and dirt.
- Recommended applications:
- This lamp is particularly suitable for heat therapy to relieve muscle tension, joint pain or to promote blood circulation.
