The RefectoCil - Oxidant 3% Liquid Developer was developed for the manufacturer's eyelash and eyebrow tint. The product can be mixed with the color to form a perfect paste. This can then be conveniently applied to eyebrows and eyelashes. The developer is safe to use in the sensitive eye area. With the practical bottle cap and the very narrow dispensing opening, you can precisely remove the required amount drop by drop. The contents are sufficient for approx. 200 applications.
Recommendation for use:
Mix a small amount of RefectoCil color (approx. 2 cm) with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Liquid Developer using a color stick to form a creamy paste. Always use the mixture immediately and always follow the instructions for use!
