With the NisV specialist module Laser Safety Officer according to OStrV and TROS, you can deepen your knowledge and always be up to date with regard to lasers.
The NiSV training course for all laser classes (3B, 3R, 4) is an application-oriented course in accordance with TROS 1-3, DGUV11 and OstrV. You will learn about the physical principles of laser radiation and find out more about its properties and quantities. How optical radiation affects tissue is also part of the course, as are the basics of system technology.
Of course, safety aspects are not neglected either. The experienced NiSV instructors will teach you about risk assessment, limit value determination, laser safety and laser protection such as skin and eye protection and introduce you to the tasks, responsibilities and instruction protection of a laser safety officer. Last but not least, you will learn about the legal basis of the topic.
The course concludes with a multiple-choice exam. Regardless of whether you are completing the NiSV laser safety officer module in accordance with OStrV and TROS for the first time or the refresher course required by law after 5 years: the Academy's doctors and lecturers are on hand to provide you with advice and support.
