The specialist module 2 Optical radiation makes you fit for lasers and co.
Lasers are widely used in the field of apparative cosmetics. They are excellent for hair removal and the treatment of skin problems. However, such an energetic, complex technology naturally harbors risks for users and customers if it is not mastered. It is therefore essential to familiarize yourself with the subject, to deepen your knowledge and finally to pass a legally required test. Without specialist knowledge, you will not be allowed to operate many appliances. With the NiSV Academy's Optical Radiation Specialist Module 2, you can improve your knowledge and operate devices such as diode, 3-wave ice and alexandrite lasers and IPL devices after passing the exam.
As optical radiation is a demanding and extensive field, the module consists of 120 learning units, 33 of which you can complete at home as an e-learning module. In order to understand how optical radiation actually works, the course covers the physical principles of the topic in general and its application in cosmetic appliances in particular.
In order to be optimally equipped in practice, you will be trained in the basics of system technology and will be able to carry out various applications independently under the guidance of the NiSV specialists. Due to their importance in practice, the topics of "permanent hair removal" and "skin rejuvenation" are an important part of the training.
Of course, you will also be taught about legal principles, risks and side effects, operating requirements according to NiSV and customer advice and information. Occupational health and safety and measures to protect your customers and yourself are also part of the training.
The specialist module 2 Optical radiation provides you with everything you need to be able to carry out laser treatments and other applications of this type. Rely on the experienced NiSV lecturers and become a laser expert! If you would also like to benefit from the Academy's expertise in other areas, you can also find the other NiSV specialist modules in our online store.
