The cream developer was specially developed for mixing LEVISSIME eyelash tints. It ensures that the color pigments penetrate deep into the hair fiber, shine wonderfully and last a long time.
Its formula is particularly gentle on skin and hair: The developer's ingredients help to reduce potential irritations such as itching, burning and irritation and have an anti-inflammatory effect.
The developer cream is very easy to dilute with the LEVISSIME color. Thanks to its creamy consistency, you can apply it very easily without it running or smudging.
