Premium Plamere: A Handy Multi-Plasma Beauty Device

Acne is an unsightly and distressing condition. Closed and often open comedones form on the skin’s surface, undermining your well-being and self-confidence. In most cases, these blackheads become inflamed, making the situation even more painful. With this multifunctional beauty device, you can provide relief!

In this treatment method, the device generates plasma, which eliminates germs that inhibit healing. It activates natural wound healing and promotes it, whilst the anti-inflammatory effect of the plasma provides additional relief. In the treated areas, microcirculation and collagen synthesis are also increased, which improve the skin’s appearance and support healing.

Attach the acne attachment to the device. Peel one of the enclosed yellow acne patches from the plastic film and press the adhesive side onto the tip of the attachment. Secure the patch using the acne attachment cap. Make sure you slide the cap completely over the attachment. Slide the mode selector to ‘C’ (Continuous) to activate continuous mode and set the intensity to 7–9. Touch the treatment area with the attachment and press the small blue button to release the plasma energy.

It is also possible to stick an acne patch onto the treatment area to carry out the treatment. Take care to ensure that the attachment only touches the patch and not the bare skin, so as not to damage the skin. Please refer to the enclosed manual for further information.

Treatment 2: Skin tightening with the Lifting Attachment

The plasma lifting method enables a daily, straightforward treatment with no downtime, which can be carried out after your usual skincare routine. The plasma energy is directed into the skin tissue, where it stimulates the skin cells to produce collagen and elastin. This stimulated production causes the skin to gain elasticity and the complexion to become firmer. It also improves the absorption of active ingredients.

Attach the small, round lifting attachment to the device. Cleanse the skin and use aids such as ultrasound gel or lifting cream only if necessary. Adjust the energy intensity to suit the condition of your skin and press the blue pulse button to begin the treatment. Move the attachment across the skin in a sweeping motion, like a brush; tap it repeatedly on the desired areas; or massage the wrinkles by stroking the attachment along the wrinkle lines.

Treatment 3: Enhanced absorption of active ingredients with two special attachments

This treatment option requires two attachments and consists of three steps, each lasting 5 minutes. This treatment significantly increases the skin’s absorption capacity in the short term and intensifies the nourishing effect of creams, serums and similar products.

Step 1: Attach the fractional attachment to the device and cleanse the skin in the treatment area. Ensure that the skin has been thoroughly dried. Set the device to continuous mode and adjust the energy intensity to 3–5. Now move the attachment over the skin using a tapping motion. The pointed tips of the attachment direct concentrated plasma beams into the skin. These beams open tiny channels in the tissue, which promote the absorption of active ingredients from skincare products.

Step 2: Remove the wide fractionated attachment and fit the smooth Meso attachment instead. Increase the intensity to 5–7. Before starting the next treatment step, apply your chosen skincare products to the skin. Now use the Meso attachment to massage the products into the skin using circular movements. The plasma energy temporarily opens small channels in the cell membrane, allowing the active ingredients to penetrate into the dermis. The effect is enhanced by the channels opened during the previous treatment step.

Step 3: Now switch back to the fractional attachment and set the energy level to 3–5 again. Slide the energy mode selector to ‘P’ (pulse) to select pulse mode. Use very gentle, tapping movements to work the remaining skincare products into the skin and to gently lift the skin using the plasma pulses.

Treatment 4: Plasma ARC with the plasma needle

Plasma ARC is a non-invasive, highly effective lifting and skin-tightening method, also known as ‘fibroblasting’. In this process, gases in the ambient air are ionised to generate an electrical plasma micro-discharge – or ARC. This discharge ensures very precise tissue ablation through vaporisation and activates the skin’s self-healing process. Heat is dissipated into the underlying tissue layers, causing fibroblasts to be directed to this area. Fibroblasts produce collagen and elastin fibres and are therefore essential for the skin’s firmness and density. A slight tightening of the skin is noticeable just a few days after the treatment.
Over the next 12 weeks, the newly produced collagen continues to develop, smoothing the skin’s surface more and more noticeably. The result is a long-lasting, significantly firmer complexion!
