Clear preliminary markings with the bright white skin marking pen and the handy ruler!
All professional PMU cosmeticians know that pre-drawing eyebrows and lips is an essential step in permanent make-up treatments. The shapes should not only match the shape of the face and the facial features of the respective customer, but must also appeal to the customer themselves. This is the only way to achieve the best results and make customers happy.
You can use the white skin marking pen to make markings that are particularly visible on the skin.
The accompanying paper ruler, which has a length of 15 cm and also provides a length indication in inches, can help you with this. Its thin shape adapts to the natural curves of the face, allowing for precise measurements.
The marking pen's skin-friendly, white ink has a high opacity and creates a strong contrast, especially on darker skin tones. The pen can also be used to highlight the contours of preliminary drawings in other colors. The better you recognize the boundaries of your markings, the more accurately and easily you can work.
With a pen and ruler, you are ideally equipped for precise preliminary drawings. You can find more marking pens in different colors for your PMU treatments in the SHR online store!
Instructions: Skin marking pen for PMU preparation (white) incl. ruler
Step 1: Preparing the skin
- Before starting the permanent make-up (PMU) treatment, the skin should be thoroughly cleansed to remove dirt, oil and make-up residue.
- Use an antiseptic wipe to disinfect the skin and ensure it is free of bacteria. This reduces the risk of infection and ensures a clean work surface.
Step 2: Selecting the desired shape
- Decide on the shape, symmetry and size of the desired PMU design (e.g. eyebrows, lip contours, eyeliner) together with the customer.
- Use the ruler provided to determine the correct measurements and ensure symmetry. Make sure that the measurements match on both sides of the face.
Step 3: Marking the contours
- Have the white skin marking pen ready and start drawing the desired contours or areas directly onto the skin.
- Draw fine lines to outline the area for the PMU. Make sure that the lines are precise and symmetrical.
- The white pigment of the pen provides a good contrast to the skin and ensures that the markings are clearly visible during the treatment.
Step 4: Check the symmetry
- Use the ruler to ensure that the markings are symmetrical on both sides of the face.
- Ask the client to look in the mirror and check the markings. This way, any corrections can be made before starting the treatment.
Step 5: Starting the PMU treatment
- Once the markings have been correctly applied and checked, you can start the PMU treatment.
- The markings serve as a guide and help you to carry out the treatment precisely.
Step 6: Removing the markings
- Once the PMU treatment is complete, the markings can be wiped off with a gentle cleansing wipe or make-up remover.
Notes:
- The skin marking pen should only be used on clean, disinfected skin.
- Ensure that the pen is kept clean before and after each use to ensure hygiene.
- The ruler can be disinfected and reused after each use.
Safety instructions:
- The pen is for external use only and should not be used on injured or irritated skin.
- Keep the pen and ruler out of the reach of children.
