Simply explained, ETM is an innovative mesotherapy method that uses microneedles to create microchannels in the skin and electrical impulses (electroporation) of 1 MHz and 3 Mhz to increase skin permeability in the short term.
The attachment's 32 ultra-fine needles easily penetrate the skin to open tiny channels in the epidermis through which moisture and active ingredients can penetrate.
