Phase 1 (lactic acid solution)
The lactic acid solution is applied to the skin using a vacuum, which softens the dead skin cells. The exfoliating effect not only removes excess keratinisation from the skin, but can also help to smooth out and lighten small scars and pigmentation marks. Blemishes are reduced and inflamed blackheads are unblocked, resulting in a clearer complexion. AHAs also have moisture-retaining properties and do not dry out the skin.
Phase 2 (glycolic acid solution)
In Phase 2, a glycolic acid solution is applied; due to its smaller molecular structure, it can penetrate deeper into the skin and also promote collagen production. This phase is particularly suitable for the T-zone. The vacuum effect loosens sebum deposits from the pores and deeply cleanses the skin. The elderberry extract has an anti-inflammatory effect during this phase, making the device suitable for the treatment of acne as well.
Phase 3 (hyaluronic acid solution)
In the final step, antioxidants, hyaluronic acid and minerals are applied to the skin. The skin is optimally nourished with moisture and vitamins. The skin relaxes and is perfectly prepared for the subsequent treatments with the device.
Phase 4 (Disinfectant solution)
The device is also equipped with a disinfectant solution, which is used to clean the treatment head and the Hydra Beauty device.
AH acid
AH acid acts as a natural exfoliant on the skin, gently removing dead skin cells. It has been proven to reduce sebum and dirt build-up in the pores.
Glycerine
The skin’s moisture content is improved. Glycerine attracts moisture from the environment, thereby increasing the amount of water in the upper layers of the skin. The outer layer of the skin is strengthened, thus preventing dry skin.
