The 4SF 0.3 mm is the ideal PMU needle cartridge for anyone wishing to achieve fine shading and particularly smooth transitions in permanent make-up. The cartridge is compatible with the PMU Germany device. Inserting and removing it from the handpiece is effortless and reliable.

The 4SF 0.3 mm model consists of four high-quality stainless steel needles. SF stands for ‘Slope Flat’ – this means that the needles lie flat next to one another but are arranged at a slight angle. This special alignment ensures a soft, sweeping application of colour, enabling natural shading and smooth gradients.

With a needle diameter of 0.30 mm, the pigment can be applied precisely yet gently. The small diameter dispenses sufficient pigment whilst remaining precise. This makes the 4SF perfect for powder brows, fine lip gradients, eyeliner shading and all PMU applications where an even, soft effect is desired.

The cartridges are E.O. gas-sterilised and individually packaged. The materials used are medically safe, ensuring that the 4SF needle meets all requirements for safe, hygienic and professional use.
