Because safety should not be taken lightly - protect yourself with diode/Nd:YAG laser safety goggles!
Anyone who has ever worked with laser devices knows that laser light can damage the eyes if they are not properly protected. With diode/Nd:YAG laser safety goggles, you can protect your eyes from laser light in the 800-1700 nm range.
Degree of protection of the goggles:
- 800-1700 nm; (optical density) OD4+
- 900-1550 nm; (optical density) OD6+
In relation to the laser type (continuous wave, pulse, etc.):
- 800-1400 nm: Protection level for continuous wave, pulse, giant pulse and mode-locked laser types (DIRM) LB4.
- 900-1400 nm: Protection level for continuous wave, pulsed, giant pulse and mode-locked laser types (DIRM) LB6.
- 1400-1700 nm: Protection level for continuous wave and pulsed laser types (DI) LB3.
The goggles have a light transmission of 18%. This protects the eyes particularly well from light. It is recommended to use an additional light source in the treatment room to ensure optimum visibility while wearing the glasses.
The black and white frame comes in one size and can be worn comfortably by both men and women. When not in use, the glasses can be stored in the enclosed case.
Does the wavelength range of the glasses not quite match the devices you use? No problem! In the SHR online store, we offer many other eyewear models with various designs and different protective properties. Take a look around - we will be happy to help you with any questions.
